Kevin Root Victorious in DIRTcar Sportsman Modified Central Region Competition at Utica-Rome Speedway

VERNON, NY – June 18, 2018 – Sunday night at Utica-Rome Speedway saw 36 DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds fill the pit area for Round 2 of the Central Region series schedule.
