Junction City, KY-April 30, 2010- The National All Star Racing Association would visit Ponderosa Speedway on Friday evening for the 11th Annual Hugh “Junebug” Rowland Memorial and Mike Marlar of Winfield, TN would claim victory for the third time in his career in this race.
